Asleep at the wheel

Sometimes mum and dad let me feed myself the bottle.
I am so clever I can prop it on a cushion and off I go! It's really tiring, so often I like to stop for a nap in the middle.

My first plane ride!

Our trip to France meant that I got to go on a airplane! I was a good baby and all the flight attendants fell in love with me.
I was so happy I started making loud squeaks!

Cessenon

Cessenon is where we stayed. It is in the heart of the wine producing region of southwest France, the town is surrounded by vineyards. Mum and dad gave me a tour in the buggy. I liked it in Cessenon, the locals were nice. They told me I had 'les yeux magnifique'!

Avi Keith and YaYa Cat's House

When we were in France we got to stay with Avi Keith and YaYa Cat in their house. It has a pretty blue door.
Every morning dad and I would go to the boulangerie and buy some bread, just like the french do! This is me with some bread.

The Millau Viaduct

We took a trip to see the Millau Viaduct, which is about and hour and half away from Avi and YaYa's place. It is the tallest bridge in the world and we drove over it and then went down into the valley to explore. We found a little village called Peyre and stopped to have lunch, it was beautiful.

Then it all went wrong in Narbonne

Things were going so well for us in France until Narbonne.
We were enjoying the town and walking around looking in all the cool shops.
Then mum dropped the camera. Camera go bye bye! Thus this is our last photo of France and the last photo our camera ever took. Bad mum!

13lbs6oz!

Now that mum and dad are feeding me solids I am piling on the pounds! I am almost twice my birth weight! And thanks to Avi Keith and YaYa Cat for lending me their camera!

Elsa the Baby on the move

I can't wait until tomorrow. Mum and Dad are taking me to France to see Avi Keith and YaYa Cat. It will be my first time on a plane! So I won't be posting until Sunday night, but I will make it worth the wait with loads of great photos of me with the frenchies! We will be going to Cessenon, which is not labelled on the map. It is about 60 miles from Carcassonne, which is south, near the Spanish border.

Solids!

Yesterday mum and dad fed me solids for the first time. It was baby rice and it was yum yum! I was having a great time and was even grabbing the spoon myself, then it all went downhill as mum started to clean my face - I hate that!

Day out with Mum and Dad

Today Mum and Dad took me on the train to go a local town called Haslemere. We strolled around town and looked in all the shops, I was putting on a cute show and loads of locals couldn't get enough of me.

My first swim

Here is a picture of me getting ready for my first swim. This morning Mum took me to the local pool and I loved it. I was the smallest baby there- but I managed to make the biggest splashes!

Sleeping

As I am a big baby now I have moved into my own room and my cot. Mum and Dad have also been sleep training me- the first night was pretty tough, I really exercised my lungs! Last night though I had my first sleep through the whole night- 12hrs sleep! I woke up pretty refreshed!

Time with Wendy

As you can see Wendy keeps me pretty busy during the day when she is looking after me.
