Blue Lizard

One day whilst on oliday Avi and Yaya took us to a lovely restuarant called The Blue Lizard. Opa liked it because it was owned by a Dutch man so he got to practise his Dutch, Dad liked it becasue they had great beer, Mum liked it becasue they had yummy food and great baby facilities, and everyone like it becasue it was just great!

As you can see we are having a great holiday so far- Oma in particular!

Les Gorges D´Heric

Yesterday was our first proper day of our holiday in France. We are staying at my Avi´s and Yaya´s house and the best bit is Oma and Opa have come all the way from Canada to join us too! Yesterday we went to the supermarche and then for a lovely walk to a gorge up in the mountains. It was very beautiful and Oma and Opa love the countryside here.

Family

Today Mum took Ava and I to see Uncle Roger, Aunty Charlie and my cousin Yasmine in Hastings. Aunty Beccy came with us, and we got to travel on one of Mummy's trains. We had a nice lunch, then walked along the seafront. We got to go on the trampolines which was great fun. I love my cousin Yasmine- she is very pretty!

Baking

I really like helping Mum when she bakes- mostly because I like to lick the bowl! Yum!!!!!

Oh I do love to be beside the seaside!

At long last we had some good weather- so we thought we would make the most of it by going to the beach. We went to West Wittering on the Sussex coast and it was lovely. The water was clear and warm and there was loads of sand to play with. I really liked investigating the sand and trying to eat pebbles (Mum wouldn't let me!), and Elsa liked digging and filling her bucket with water. We love the beach!

Thomas!

On Saturday we went to see Thomas and all his friends on the Watercress line. I got to have ride on Henry and watch Thomas race with Diesel. It was lots of fun!

Potty

I like the theory of the potty, I am just having trouble really comitting to it at the moment.

Mummy took us to a farm, it was fun. I met a boy, he liked farms too.

My summer holiday

Hello everyone. Sorry we have been away for a while but we were on holiday! We went to stay in the countryside near the sea in Dorset, which is on the south coast. We stayed in a lovely cottage on a farm and did lots of fun things! When we first arrived I was so happy I started dancing! Here are all the photos from our trip- we hope you enjoy them.

Corfe Castle

On the last day of the holiday we visited Corfe Castle, a very pretty village with its own castle!

The Swanage Railway

After wandering around Corfe we went to visit the steam railway. I loved watching the train arrive and had even more fun on board! Can you spot us waiting for the train on the platform?

Swanage

At the other end of the line was Swanage- a pretty seaside town. By the time we got there it was lovely and sunny again so we headed straight for the beach (and then the ice cream shop!)
