Ripley

This morning Mum took Ava and I to Ripley which is a nearby village. We visited the farmers market and got to try lots of yummy foods. Then we went to the play park which had a great slide.

Happy Birthday Mum!

On Wednesday it was Mum's birthday- she is 26 now. We went to a Dorking, a nearby town, and visited Box Hill, had a birthday lunch, and then whilst Dad and I went to the bookshop Mum and Ava got to do some clothes shopping. On the way home we saw a rainbow, and then Aunty Beccy came in the evening to give Mum the cake she had made.

Box Hill

On Mum's birthday we went to Box Hill, which a is big hill overlooking Dorking. It is very beautiful but also very windy!

Bookshops

Whenever I am with Dad we always end up in a bookshop! Here I am enjoying the books in the Dorking Waterstones, I like books nearly as much as Dad does.

The Silent Pool and Sherbourne Pond

Today we went to visit the Silent Pool, which is a pretty lake in the Surrey countryside. It is a strange blue colour and very clear, making it a very eerie place. I thought it was very beautiful. It got quite muddy too- which was fun!

On Saturday we went into London for the day. We found this great pizzeria that was really cheap and really yummy. I loved it!

I recently found a tea cosy and decided to put it on my head. Mum seemed very happy when I did this- I don't know why though. Perhaps someone could tell me?

Some of you are probably wondering why you don't get to see much of Ava. Well it is because whenever we go out Mum carries her in her sling. Ava likes it so much in there she just sleeps all the time and Mum says she is too comfy to come out for a photo!

Cleaning my teeth

I am getting much better at cleaning my teeth by myself, although I still do need some help.

Hampton Court Palace

Today Dad, Mum, Ava and I went to visit Hampton Court Palace. It is a pretty palace where lots of kings and queens have lived, although I am of course the most important visitor yet! I had fun getting lost in the maze- just as well I had some juice to keep me going! You can read more about Hampton Court here
